Mr. Panphoemsak Arunee, Director of the Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation Division, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, presided over a strategic meeting held at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation. During the meeting, the Thai China Education Service Center presented details of the program to executives from Kasetsart University, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and Ramkhamhaeng University. This meeting marked the official introduction of the Tai Zhong He Xue Program, which aims to bring over 100,000 Chinese students to pursue higher education in Thailand, fostering stronger educational and cultural ties between Thailand and China.
